A man who was filmed performing dazzling feats of daring, bravery, and general badassery on a motorcycle to promote a real estate firm (??) is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol for possibly violating traffic laws.

Topher Ingalls, a former professional motocross racer and now realtor for Buschur Realty in San Luis Obispo, is seen in the promotional video above popping wheelies, jumping over freeway onramps, and speeding down the 101, making all the squares obeying traffic laws look incredibly lame. Obviously there's some GoPro action in the mix, too. As he's doing all of these sick tricks, a voiceover narrates, "The way I was raised, it was all about following your dreams." Very deep, and very cool.

According to the L.A. Times, some people, however, were not inspired by Ingalls' stunts, such as CHP officer Patrick Seebart who said, "It is disturbing that someone would drive so carelessly on the freeways like that, putting innocent people in danger."

Ingalls doesn't see it that way. "It's not a video of destruction or reckless stuff," he said. "None of it felt dangerous to me." Honestly, when you're just trying to follow your dreams, yeah—you gotta take risks, you know? And don't let the haters tell you otherwise.

However, Atascadero police Sgt. Caleb Davis told the Times that not only were the stunts "extremely dangerous," but it appeared that Ingalls was riding on private property. "That guy is jumping off some areas I've never seen before," said Davis.

Either way, the video has definitely convinced me to use Buschur Realty when it comes to all my real estate needs.
