An off-duty police officer made the most dangerous McDonald’s run ever when his car sailed off a freeway off-ramp and crashed into a McDonald’s drive-thru.

The crash happened at about 1:15 a.m. off the Brea Canyon off-ramp of the eastbound 60 Freeway in Diamond Bar, City News Service reports. LAPD officer Jonathan Chel, 29, was arrested on suspicion of drunk-driving at UC Irvine Medical Center where he was treated for moderate injuries. (You can see the wreck here.)

Chel’s black 2014 Mazda veered off the ramp, traveling 50 feet until it crashed into the McDonald’s drive-thru. Guess he just couldn’t wait for that McFlurry.

No one else was reported to be in the car with Chel, and no other injuries were reported.
