One way to end a fight is by walking away. That's exactly what Milton Bradley did today, albeit inadvertantly. Legendary physician Dr. Frank Jobe has recommended Bradley have season-ending knee surgery. Bradley wants a second opinion, but it appears his season is finished. The only positive about this is that the stupid squabble between Bradley and Jeff Kent will come to an unceremonious halt. Otherwise, this will have a devastating effect on the Dodgers slim playoff hopes. Bradley is one of the few quality hitters in a lousy lineup, and plays fantastic defense in centerfield. The Dodgers struggles this season peaked during the two months he was on the DL with a finger injury. We don't see the team getting any better now.
