Cheese, Cheese, Cheese

Cheese, cheese, cheese. And we don’t mean the kind on screen. Los Angeles is a cheese madhouse, with cheese being only second to traffic as the favorite conversation topic in the city.
If you’re looking to buy, visit the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, the Artisan Cheese Gallery in Studio City, or the Cheese Store of Silver Lake. Or visit the farmers’ markets for fresh local cheese or head to the headquarters of Gioia, for direct from the factory burrata. Burrata, a local foodie obsession, is mozzarella stuffed with more mozzarella and cream—delicious and rich.
