LAist spent some time in New York this past weekend and took just one picture the whole trip.

Gothamist liked it so much they wrote about it. Go there to get appropriately amused and/or grossed out.

Other notes from NYC? We really liked staying at the Affinia Dumont; Virgil's BBQ is still the only place we absolutely must eat at when we get to town (and the only place we will eat at in Times Square); New York summers are still very humid; Oh, and people walk there, the cabs are crazy, there are a lot of investment bankers and marketing/ad agency people and the buildings are tall.

Maybe Cornell will do some investigative reporting and break wide open the mysteries and oddities of the big apple like they did for us last week.
