Drinking Liberally is an organization that brings together blue-staters who like to drink, while giving them a space to meet, mingle, vent, chat, and hang with like-minded left-thinking people. Founded in New York City in 2003, the organization is opening up its Los Angeles chapter now, and to kick off the good times they're having a celebratory event next Thursday, September 15th at Cinespace. They promise a "blue-carpet" event with "Hollywood stars and celebrity politicians." We're assuming the Governator will not be attending, but that doesn't mean you can't! To attend, just RSVP now to la@drinkingliberally.org. Cheers!
