Glendale Police Officer Eric Ritter has been charged with misdemeanor battery in relation to an October road rage incident in Burbank, according to the News-Press. An 11-year-old boy was the victim of an attempted kidnapping in Chinatown on December 14th, and thanks to his quick thinking and good memory, the LAPD have released a composite sketch of the suspect.
