Actress Lindsay Lohan seems to stir up trouble wherever she goes, and the Betty Ford Center is no exception. Lohan has been undergoing her court-ordered rehab at the high-profile facility in the desert, but now the facility is the focus of an investigation by the California Department of Health, according to an AP report published by CBS2.The agency, though, will not confirm that their scrutiny of the treatment center is related to Lohan and the incident that took place recently where she was involved in a scuffle with a Betty Ford Center worker. Lohan's alleged "attack" on the staffer could land the starlet more jail time, while it has already cost the staffer her job; she was terminated after giving an interview on-camera to gossip site TMZ, which many believe "appears to violate state and federal medical privacy laws."
