Watching the premiere of Sofia Coppola's "The Bling Ring' at Cannes yesterday was an especially affecting experience for one person in the audience: Paris Hilton. The heiress had a cameo in the film during a nightclub scene, and she even lent her mansion to Coppola during filming. In the wake of the scandal, LAUSD superintendent John Deasy enacted a zero-tolerance policy and ordered administrators to comb their files for any teachers who posed a threat to student. Since then, 100 teachers have been fired and 200 resigned under pressure. 300 teachers are still under investigation.
