Whose face would you like to never again see on your Facebook feed? The baby updater? The FarmVille player? He who hath no filter for undercooked political opinions?

Well, today's the day to make your move. In 2010, Jimmy Kimmel declared November 17 National UnFriend Day, and he's back promoting the holiday again this year. On the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" website, the talk show host encourages his followers to "Protect the sacred nature of friendship by cutting out any 'friend fat' on your pages occupied by people who are not truly your friends."

The day even has an anthem, written by musicians Brad Paisley and Darius Rucker, called "To All The Friends I've Un'ed Before." In it, they lament:

To all the friends I've un'ed before Who sent me quizzes about Jersey Shore You made my life a hell With your stupid LOL To all the friends I've un'ed before
