Looks like it's time for another career change for Stacie Halas, the Oxnard teacher whose past in porn has rendered her "unfit" for the classroom.Halas, who taught middle school science, had her past profession as a porn performer uncovered by students who came across evidence of her prior job in online videos.

The 32-year-old Halas had spent nine months working in the adult film biz before she took a post at Haydock Intermediate School. During her hearing, Halas said she did the work in the adult films because she was badly in debt and needed the money.

Halas was deemed unfit to teach last week "in a unanimous decision by a three-person Commission on Professional Competence," explains the Ventura County Star. One sticking point for the panel was Halas' denial when initially confronted and investigated by school officials. In a report released Friday, Halas is called out as being untrustworthy and an unsuitable role model for children.

The teacher, who went by "Tiffany" in her porn films, was fired by the school board last spring. This recent ruling is the result of her appeal of her termination. She has the option to appeal the commission's decision now.
