Man Tapes Cell Phone to Shoe to Take Upskirt Videos of Women
A man using a cell phone camera taped to his shoe to take upskirt videos of women in stores in the L.A. area was chased down by one of his victims' husbands and tackled in a parking lot before being arrested, reports the Press-Enterprise.
Jose Luis Alderete, 38, was taken into custody yesterday evening.
The incident began when a Rialto man, whose name hasn't been released, noticed that Alderete was taping his wife by strategically placing his foot beneath her dress at a Target in Fontana. The man shouted at Alderete who then fled, but was caught by the seething husband just outside the store.
When police arrived, they discovered that Alderete had more videos on his phone of women in other locations.
