Here We Go: Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked
Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked in court this morning.Lohan found herself back in court once again, because she is suspected of lying to authorities about being behind the wheel in a wreck on Pacific Coast Highway this summer. She was previously on probation after she stole a necklace from a jewelry store in Venice.
The legally-troubled starlet didn't show up to court, but during a short hearing, defense attorney Shawn Holley said that she did not believe her client violated the terms of her probation, according to City News Service.
Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey scheduled a hearing for January 15 when she will be arraigned on three misdemeanor charges related to the wreck, including willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying a police officer; providing false
information to a police officer; and reckless driving.
Lohan could face jail time—up to 8 months if the city attorney really is "out for blood."
