Halal lamb and rice is now being served on the streets of downtown L.A., just like if you stopped at a street cart in New York. Eric Park of Hero Shop, a bahn mi sandwich joint, is now offering lamb & rice and chicken & rice, Eater LA reports. The spiced meat comes with a white 'yero' sauce, spicy harissa sauce, lettuce, pita bread and orange rice. The 'Yero Shop' is only available Wednesday through Sunday from 7 to 10 p.m., although there might be later hours coming soon.

The last two nights, those who flashed this Instagram pic received half-off, so there's a chance it could happen again.

Meanwhile, Hero Shop will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The shop is located at 130 E. Sixth Street, DTLA.
