Restaurant Offering Scrumptious Five-Course Sriracha Menu

Amid the deafening uproar over the Srirachapocalypse, a Los Angeles restaurant is offering a five-course tasting menu with the popular cock sauce as the top-billed star.
BLD Restaurant is offering the delicious special menu for only a single day, on January 9. The menu will be available during their normal dinner hours, which start at 5 p.m. The whole thing is $45, but when you take into account Sriracha's possible endangered future, it's an acceptable price to pay.

The Sriracha S'mores are definitely making our mouths water.
A BLD employee told LAist that the upcoming tasting is already filling up with reservations, so it would be wise to get in while the going is good. There will also be a first-come, first-serve seating at their counter, but we're sure that's going to fill up quickly as well.
We suggest inviting some Irwindale city employees to be the guests of honor.
