Good grief, Chris Brown just can't keep quiet! Nevermind his penchant for going online to put in his two cents' worth about the legal system—we're talking about him not being able to keep quiet while talking.

Apparently cops were called to Brown's L.A. home because "his neighbors complained he was making too much noise ... by talking too loud," reports TMZ.

Granted it was 3 a.m.

On a Wednesday.

Anyhow, it seems the cops chatted with Brown (at a reasonable level, we surmise) and things were settled quickly and amicably. Phew.
