The nominees for the 2010 Golden Globes and WGA Awards went public this week
This week saw the list of nominees for the 2010 Writers Guild Awards and Golden Globes go public. We immediately zoomed in on the TV nominees and found some alarming omissions which spurred us to make some suggestions for nominations as well as predictions for winners. Please feel free to chime in with people/shows you thought should have been nominated and whom you think will win.The two awards are determined by very different groups of people. The WGAs are selected by a member base of over 19,000 writers while the Golden Globes are picked and voted on by 95 foreign film and TV critics. Yup, Golden Globes for US TV shows are picked by a handful of journalists from Sweden, Japan, etc. Wherever they are from, it seems like they have a hard time finding anything that isn't on the big 4 networks or premium cable which is a big fail.

See the complete lists of WGA and Golden Globes nominees and follow along with our picks and give us your suggestions.
