Photos: 'OBEY' Artist Shepard Fairey's Los Feliz Home Is For Sale

Those "HOPE" posters sure got Shepard Fairey a nice house.

Shepard Fairey's house in Los Feliz is now up for sale, and can be yours for just over $1.8 million. The 2,500 square foot Mediterranean home from 1929 was purchased by Fairey and his wife in 2005, but according to the Wall Street Journal the family has since moved to another house in June.

Photos show Fairey's artwork and portraits hanging about the home, though there's no word on whether or not they'll be included in the sale. Sotheby's real estate agent Patricia Ruben, who is handling the sale, notes that Fairey's sketches still hang above the workbench in the garage where he frequently worked. Other areas that the notorious street artist worked in the home include a "hidden creative space" with its own entrance and an annex within the master bedroom itself.
