Midnight Movie: Guerilla Puppet Show In The Midst
On a recent Saturday night I stumbled upon a joyous gathering on a Western Ave corner. I parked my car and did nearly an hour worth of further investigation -- that is, viewing Almight Opp's puppet show. I was as thoroughly entertained as I had been in recent memory thanks to the efforts of those behind the curtain. They'll be doing it again this Saturday night at the corner of Western and Elmoodin Koreatown 90004, starting at 9:00 p.m. Bring an open mind, a sense of adventure, and you'll feel better.
