Now that the line-ups have been announced, I'm happy to follow Sloane's lead and speculate on what my day will look like.

By using the Coachella scheduler, The Coachooser, I simply turned off blocks of bands I wasn't probably going to be interested in seeing, and turned on blocks of bands that I liked. On Friday there were 19 acts that I kept turned on, and by leaving each set just a little early, and using this schedule I will be able to see 20-30 minute sets from 14 of them:

Comedians of Comedy: 2 - 2:30
Noisettes: 2:30 - 3
Brother Ali: 3 - 3:30
Tokyo Police Club: 3:30 - 4:20
thank Jah: 4:20 - 4:55
Of Montreal: 4:55 - 5:30
Silversun Pickups: 5:30 - 6
Amy Winehouse: 6 - 6:30
Arctic Monkeys: 6:30 - 7:15
drink beer: 7:15 - 7:40
Jesus and Mary Chain: 7:40 - 8:35
Busdriver: 8:35 - 9
Jarvis Cocker: 9 - 9:30
eating chicken on a stick 9:30 - 9:55
Sonic Youth: 9:55 - 10:45
Bjork: 10:45-11:15
Gogol Bordello 11:15-End

It might be sacrilege to leave a Bjork show halfway through, but how can you resist dancing with the gypsy punk of Gogol Bordello with whatever last drop of energy you have left?
