True Story, 7:30p iO West. Debbie Friedman’s storytelling show has NPR’s Alex Cohen this time around. The theme is Misunderstandings.

TUESDAY 5/8

Harvard Sailing Team, 8p Largo. The HST Crew is putting up another sketch show, this time at Largo. It’s sure to be fantastic.

Benson Interruption, 8p Nerdist Theater. Doug Benson brings up some of his favorite stand ups, only to interrupt their sets with his own jokes.

Jay Mohr, 8p Irvine Improv. Mohr is telling stories instead of stand up for one night only down in the OC.
