Follicle Emergency! Grab a 'Hair Cocktail' and Get Blown (Out)

Some of us can't seem to do anything with our hair no matter how hard we wash, spray, pull and cry. So when we had a follicle emergency right before a planned night out, we decided to stop by Foxy Fridays at Janine Jarman's gothic-Victorian Hairroin Salon in Hollywood.
Every Friday, from 6-10 p.m., those in need of glamming (all genders welcome, of course!) can come in, hand over $35, choose a shampoo, conditioner and finishing style from the 'hair cocktail' menu while drinking complimentary champagne or tea, and walk out looking super fab and ready to go! No one will ever guess you don't employ a full-time team of hard working beauty bees to make you look so damn good.
At the relaxed and friendly salon, we opted to go with the recommendations of our stylist, the wonderful Erin Athey, who turned our out-of-control mop into a sleek, sexy 'do and told us that the salon does have makeup artists on call for those who need a total 'look'.
Although the salon will try to accommodate walk-ins, appointments are advised. If you're just too busy/famous/whatever to come to the salon in person, the stylists will do house calls to pretty you up in private for an additional fee.
