Justin Bieber Reportedly Investigated For 'Headbutting' Incident At Serafina
Pop star Justin Bieber allegedly "lunged" at a person who was filming him "play fighting" with a friend, and now TMZ reports that the LA County Sheriff's Office is conducting a misdemeanor battery investigation.

The incident happened early Saturday morning, the day before the Grammys, at the Serafina on Sunset Boulevard. Bieber was attending a party being thrown by Poor Bear. TMZ initially reported that several eyewitnesses told them Bieber "was 'play fighting' with Kyle Massey when he realized someone from the restaurant staff was recording the action. We're told Justin asked the guy to stop recording and delete the video. The staffer apparently resisted and some partygoers started recording as well ... that's when the eyewitnesses say Justin lunged at the guy."
Then someone else, not the victim, called 911. Bieber had left by the time the officers arrived, however.

Serafina says that the victim was not an employee, and a spokesperson told TMZ, "We always have a pleasant experience with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina."
Remember, Bieber is not sorry for anything.
