Art Brut / Hold Steady Moved From Wiltern to Fonda
Two really good bands (that taste great together) have announced today that they are heading East.
The Art Brut / Hold Steady concert that was originally planned to happen at the Wiltern will now go down at the Music Box at the Henry Fonda on November 7.
Art Brut is the crazy British band whose tune "Moving to LA" can be heard on KROQ and Indie pretty much every day, and the Hold Steady are the Springsteen meets Replacements geek rock that we enjoyed in May at the El Rey.
Sure to be a good show, now in a slightly more intimate venue, which is The Henry Fonda. So tell your friends not to show up at Wilshire and Western because the rock wont be there that night. The rock will be in Hollywood on 11/9, not Koreatown.
And since we're here, heres some other west coast dates for the tour:
Nov 04 - Sun - HUB Ballroom - Seattle, WA
Nov 05 - Mon - Crystal Ballroom - Portland, OR
Nov 06 - Tue - Warfield Theater - Frisco
Nov 07 - Wed - The Wiltern - Los Angeles, CA
Nov 08 - Thu - Cane's - San Diego, CA
Nov 09 - Fri - Marquee Theatre - Tempe, AZ
