Brentwood Bears Fan Update: She's Now Going to the Super Bowl and has an Extra ticket for a Lucky Guy
On Thursday we told you about a Brentwood woman who was auctioning herself off on eBay to get a ticket to the Super Bowl.
Apparently, due to the overwhelming attention of her auction she was given four tickets to the game by Axe deodorant or spray or whatever. And they're going to pay her to hold a nationwide contest for the fourth ticket, meaning now she can pick someone that she can take to the game.
Now of course the winner is going to be some recently-returned Iraqi war hero, a dog who dialed 9-1-1, or TV's Gary Coleman, but if young Sarah wants to ensure a Bears Super Bowl victory, she would choose yours truly, Tony Pierce.
It has been well documented that during my road trip around the country this fall that I went to the Bears' home opener as well as that incredible comeback in Arizona, and both times the Bears won.
Which they would do if Sarah brought me.
Which, in a way would make her a local hero.
Awwwww.
After the jump read the note she left to her friends on MySpace
