There were a few stories this week that we wanted to get to but didn't so here they are in a handy dandy roundup.
- In the 53rd district, 3 Republicans can't touch one popular Democrat. His name is Tom Lieu. Does this mean we're no longer get two or three Paul Whitehead press releases every day anymore?
- The folks behind the Staples Center want to build a consumer monstrosity downtown and call it LA Live. They also plan to redo locations like NoHo Commons and the Panorama Mall to which we say: thank goodness! We haven't been to the Panorama Mall since Oak Tree and Chess King went out of business.
- "Under God" is back under question in our fair state. As Jon Stewart said on The Daily Show last night, "Why and who cares?".
- And finally, to continue our Andy Milonakis shame tour, Defamer reveals that Dr. Dre is his number one fan.
