Three people were killed when an SUV hit a tree and caught fire early Sunday morning in Leimert Park, CBS reports.

The Cadillac Escalade was traveling fast before crashing around 2:49 a.m. on the 2800 block of Coliseum Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. One man survived the crash and is in serious condition.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, the cause of which is still being investigated.
