Former Bosnian Serb President and war crimes fugitive Radovan Karadzic was arrested on Monday by Serbian security forces. Karadzic, one of the world's most wanted men, has been in hiding since 1998. He was indicted by the U.N. War Crimes Tribunal for former Yugoslavia for genocide during the 1992-95 Bosnian war. Karadzic, the leader of ethnic Serbs during the war that erupted with Bosnia's secession from Yugoslavia, is accused of orchestrating the slaughter of thousands of Bosnian Muslim men and boys. Larry talks with Diane Orentlicher, Professor of International Law at American University, about his arrest and upcoming trial.
