I've been in the audio world since my freshman year of college when I signed up to be a fill-in DJ at my campus station, KUCI.
After graduating, I joined the AirTalk team as an Apprentice News Clerk and learned the ropes of working on a daily live program. I bounced around a bit and was an editorial assistant with the Los Angeles Times, working with the podcast team there, as well as an assistant producer and director at Marketplace on the Marketplace Morning Report. I’m glad to be back with the AirTalk team unearthing the local news, engaging stories, and oddities around California that our listeners have come to expect.
I’m originally from the city of Manteca in the heart of California’s central valley. In my free time, I enjoy taking too many pictures of my two black cats, playing and making video games, and looking at my phone.
