Late Saturday night the House of Representatives narrowly passed its 1,990 page bill to overhaul health care. The bill creates a government-run health insurance option. The major concession? Abortions will not be covered by any insurance plan that receives federal dollars. Now it's on to the Senate. What political battles lie ahead?
