Thieves are reportedly breaking in through windows, in some cases, and immediately targeting the most expensive items in the house.

Some Fullerton police don't think that Manny Ramos, who's accused of second-degree murder in the Kelly Thomas beating case, deserves to be behind bars for the time being -- a group of officers from the area gathered enough money to bail him out. KTLA reports that the officers' union didn't endorse their actions, but that a number of Fullerton cops nevertheless went to Ramos' friends, family and other police unions...

An OC pool company is in hot water after two male supervisors repeatedly harassed female employees, according to the OC Register. The supervisors at Aqua Tri reportedly groped, verbally harassed and pressured at least eight women, all Latina, for dates and sex. They even went so far as to offer them promotions that hinged on the women sleeping with them.

While walking near Strathmore Drive and Levering Avenue by the UCLA campus on Saturday, a student was grabbed and sexually assaulted, reports ABC News. The attack happened at about 7:00 p.m.

A couple in Anaheim that makes porn is being accused by the IRS of not paying taxes on their full income or their company's full income, reports the OC Register. Oscar Macias, 36, and Catherine Shihad, 34, who together provided "live adult entertainment to cash-paying customers," according to the Register, recently plead guilty to falsifying tax documents. Macias plead guilty to filing false individual income tax returns, leaving off about $33,000 in income.

A SWAT team came to the rescue last night of a Monterey Park woman who had locked herself and her child in the bathroom while her husband stood outside threatening her with butcher knives, reports L.A. Now. By the time authorities arrived on the scene at about 9:30 p.m., the woman had already been stabbed in the leg, according to KTLA.

If you're looking to get lucky this weekend, science suggests that you head to San Diego or San Bernadino. According to an OK Cupid survey, the two SoCal cities are among the most promiscuous in the country. CBS News reports on the survey, saying that San Diego slid into the list at #9, while San Bernadino eased it's way on at #7.
