A woman sued the dating website that matched her up with a man who later brutally attacked her. Mary Kay Beckman of Las Vegas sued Match.com for $10 million claiming that the website lulled her into a false sense of security and did a bad job disclosing the dangers of online dating.

Metro is planning to open its second set of ExpressLanes that will stretch 14 miles across the San Gabriel Valley. The first set of toll lanes in the county opened up in November on the 110 Freeway.

A man pleaded guilty in court yesterday to threatening to take the life of park ranger who gave him a parking ticket. Derrick J.
