This has been a terrible week for Lil Wayne: the rapper was rushed to the hospital twice this week after suffering from multiple seizures but his most recent trip seems particularly serious. He is currently in the ICU at Cedars-Sinai Hospital and has been put in an induced coma.

"American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy revealed some key details about the upcoming third season of the show at a PaleyFest panel in Beverly Hills last night. The third season will be subtitled "Coven" and, unlike the first two seasons that were shot in studios and on soundstages, this season will be shot in New Orleans, Murphy said.

A 4-year-old boy and two men were wounded in a shooting last night in Northwest Pasadena. The gunshots were fired around 8:50 pm from outside a building and hit the men and child inside.

A bicyclist died a few days after crashing into car door opened into a bike lane in Hollywood. A 49-year-old man was riding his bike south on Vine Street near Banner Avenue on March 3 at 6:30 pm, when a door opened up into the bike lane.

A sixth-grader at Pomona Elementary School has been arrested for bringing a pot brownie to school and sharing it with some of his classmates. About seven fifth and sixth graders at his school in Costa Mesa took a bite of the brownie and were hospitalized on Tuesday after they started feeling its effects.

It's been over nine months since Fox Executive Gavin Smith disappeared without a trace. But at long last Los Angeles County sheriff's detectives have found a key item in the case: the Mercedes Benz that went missing along with Smith.

The Watts Towers are going to get a much-needed close-up from UCLA engineers. The famous spires completed by Simon Rodia in 1954 have been plagued by cracks over the years, and now engineers are going to study how the elements might be contributing to those cracks—especially the more serious ones at the base of the towers.
