Woman Sexaully Assaulted While Waiting for a Cab

A 24-year-old man was arrested today for sexually assaulting a woman in Laguna Hills, reports City News Service.
The victim was waiting for a cab at 1:30 a.m. when two men stopped and asked if she wanted a ride. She declined, and they returned, at which point Edison Quiroa Carrito allegedly grabbed her, threw her on the ground and assaulted her. The victim screamed and Carrito reportedly ran off.
Police were led to Carrito by another man when they were investing the attack. He was arrested at about 7:00 a.m. after allegedly confessing to the crime.
