An active member of the US Army has been taken into custody for allegedly committing lewd acts on a 13-year-old boy, reports KTLA.

Jose Estrada, 34, allegedly met his victim in a chat room and managed to convince the boy to meet up with him at Estrada's apartment in Rancho Cucamonga. There, he's accused of sodomizing the boy.

Estrada is now being held on $750,000 bail.
