Three Shot While Sitting by Pool in San Bernardino
Three people were sitting by their pool at a San Bernardino apartment complex last night when a man with a gun walked up, exchanged words with them, and then shot and wounded all three.
The incident took place at about 7:00 p.m. at the Village Green Apartments in the 2100 block of West Chestnut Avenue, reports KTLA. The victims were two men and one woman -- one of the men was hit at least twice in the back, and the woman was struck in the neck. The second man suffered a bullet wound to his hand.
Two of the victims -- the man shot in the back and the woman -- were taken to a local hospital and were initially in critical condition, but were upgraded today to stable condition.
Police don't have a motive or a suspect for the shooting, although the gunman is described as an African-American man in is 20s.
