120 year old Indian woman died this week. She claimed that smoking marijuana every day was the reason for her long life. - All Headline News

"Weeds" star and Hollywood Blvd. preacher, Craig X, was arrested last month for distributing marijuana. He says the "sacrament" that he sold to people at Temple 420 on Hollywood Blvd. is protected under the freedom of religion and Prop 215. San Diego County, San Bernardino County, and Merced County sued the State of California arguing that local governments shouldn't have to obey state laws (like the ten-year-old Prop 215) that are weaker than the law set by the Feds. The State on Wednesday upheld the Prop and told the counties (indirectly) to lick its left one. - NBC San Diego

Carson High's weekly student newspaper, the Trailblazer, was yanked for the second time in two weeks by the high school administration, this time for opinion columns about the legalization of marijuana and the benefits of masturbation - AP
