Alright, it's from the Washington Post, but being that I'm a recent transplant from our Nation's Capital, there are a few things I just can't leave behind. One is Ben's Chili Bowl and the other is The List.
Each January 1st, for as long as I can remember, Hank Stuever releases his list of Ins and Outs for the coming year. It's not just any list. It's the list to end all lists.
