'House' Actress and Slake Editor Save Puppy
Yesterday, actress Lisa Edelstein of "House" fame tweeted about a puppy that she found hiding under car in Elysian Park. The dog, described later as a chihuahua mix, was coaxed out after an hour with the help of several neighbors, among them Joe Donnelly from Slake Media. The tweet -- and accompanying ZOMG ADORBS picture -- have led some following the story to call the little guy the most talked about dog on the eastside.
Now, Donnelly has started a contest on Slake's Facebook page to name the pup, who he, for now, is housing. So far, suggestions in the comments include El Camino, Lefty, and Cuddy, based on Edelstein's character on "House," Dr. Lisa Cuddy. (Aww.) The winner will get a free copy of the magazine's third issue, and let me tell you, they ain't cheap. I'd come up with a great dog name if I were you (and I were otherwise planning on buying a copy).
