Paternity Test Tuesday: We'll Soon Find Out if Bieber Has a Baby (Baby, Baby)
In case you hadn't heard, a 20-year-old woman named Mariah Yeater is accusing Justin Bieber of getting her pregnant after the two allegedly bumped uglies backstage following a concert at the Staples Center in October of 2010.Yeater now has a four-month-old baby that she claims is Justin's, but the 17-year-old pop superstar maintains that the baby isn't his, and that he and Yeater never had sex. On Friday, reports TMZ, Bieber underwent a paternity test in New Jersey.
It seems unlikely that anyone in his camp would risk the results being positive if there was even a remote chance that they might go that way -- most parents don't love a teen pregnancy when it comes to their kids role models.
Regardless, now that Bieber has taken the test, it's up to Yeater to hand over the DNA results from her baby. KTLA notes that her lawyers dropped her case last week, and that Bieber's lawyers are gearing up to sue her.
