Newport Beach Man Arrested for Trying To Have Sex with 13-Year-Old Girl

"To Catch A Predator" host Chris Hansen is having troubles of his own right now, but if he weren't there would be plenty for him to do in Southern California. A Laguna Hills man was arrested yesterday after allegedly tried to meet with a girl he thought was 13 for sex, reports the Daily Breeze. Ian Victor Kincheloe had communicated online with an undercover Homeland Security agent posing as a young girl, exchanging sexually explicit text messages with the agent and eventually talking on the phone to arrange the meeting at the Huntington Beach Pier. When he arrived at 10:00 a.m., officials took him into custody.
In his car, they found condoms, handcuffs and alcohol, and it was discovered later that he had made a reservation at a Newport Beach Marriott for the same day. He's now being held on $100,000 bail.
