Grand Theft NoNo: Lindsay Lohan Charged With Felony?
Winona Lindsay Lohan may be charged with a felony in connection with a high-end jewelry theft last month and could face up to three years in state prison, reports KTLA. TMZ asserted on Saturday morning that the L.A. County District Attorney will file a case against Lohan as early as Monday, after she reportedly walked off with a $2,500 necklace from a Venice store on January 22.Lohan is blaming her stylist for not returning the piece on time, claiming the necklace was out on loan, reports KTLA. Investigators allegedly told the court they have video Lohan wearing the piece inside the store, says Radar Online, and TMZ is displaying a photo of Lohan wearing the necklace in question on the street days later.
How this incident will affect the drama sponge's ongoing Beverly Hills DUI case or the possible criminal charges stemming from an incident with an employee of the Betty Ford clinic, remains to be seen.
