Lindsay Lohan Lucks Out: Jail Time Avoided, Sent to Rehab

Lindsay Lohan was back in court this morning to learn of her fate after violating probation when she failed a drug test. The District Attorney was pushing for the mandatory 180 days in jail, but Judge Elden Fox took Lohan's admission that she was an addict into account, sentencing her to rehab until January 3rd, followed by a court date on February 25th, according to E! But if she violates that, Fox will have no choice but send her to jail for six months.
