La Habra School Chooses to do Nothing About Sexual Molestation of 9-Year-Old Girl

Officials at a La Habra elementary school have chosen to do nothing about a 9-year-old girl who was sexually molested by a group of her peers, reports KTLA.

The girl, whose name hasn't been released, was allegedly groped on her breasts by three boys twice on the same day. All of the children are in the fourth grade at Las Positas Elementary School.

The girl reported the incident to her mother, who went to the school to investigate and insist that the boys -- who had since written apology letters, admitting to groping the girl -- be punished.

Instead, says Kelly Julian, she was told that the boys did nothing wrong, and that the school wouldn't be pursuing the incident. Superintendent Susan Belendardo told KTLA that:
