Tropical Storm Rosa brings good news for surfers
South-facing beaches in LA and Orange County are packed with surfers. That's because Tropical Storm Rosa is bringing big and frequent waves from the south. The advisory lasts Saturday night until Tuesday morning, and surfers are taking the opportunity to catch what they can.
