Suspect in custody for Malibu Canyon thefts, shootings
When sheriff's deputies found Anthony Rauda, 42, he dropped his rifle and surrendered after weeks of searching. The department is investigating whether he's tied to thefts and shootings dating back to 2016, as well as the killing in June at Malibu Creek State Park.
