By now you’ve probably seen lots of advertisements about Proposition 10, the so-called Affordable Housing Act that will be on the general election ballot.
One side says it will help keep housing affordable. The other side says it will make the state’s housing problems worse, and more expensive. It’s more than a little confusing.
