LA City Council approves stricter rules for removal from meetings
City Council voted unanimously to impose stricter consequences when members of the public disrupt council and committee meetings. Starting in January, anyone who speaks out of turn or is unnecessarily vulgar repeatedly can be excluded from public meetings for up to six business days.
