Garcetti says metro construction plans will be delayed if Prop 6 passes
The measure seeks to repeal a current gas tax that gathers $5.2 billion from taxpayers every year for infrastructure improvements. Mayor Eric Garcetti says if it passes, needed construction will get put off.
