A young DJ has died after being severely beaten at a Hollywood nightclub.Jose Silva, 20, was a DJ who went by the moniker 'DJ Steez.' He was working Saturday night at Cashmere, a nightclub near Hollywood and Highland, and then continued to hang out at the club with friends after his set, KTLA reports. After midnight, a fight broke out on the club's second level and according to Silver'a cousin, Dinora Lopez, Silva made an attempt to defend his friend. Silva was then attacked by a group of men. When club security responded to the fight, Silva was already unconscious. Silva was taken to the hospital where he remained in a coma until Sunday evening, and then died.
